I'm Teri Gleason and Circa Consulting is my passion. I've been using the Internet for over 15 years. I made my first website back when clip art was used for graphics. I remember when Amazon launched their service. My first job out of high school was providing first-level technical support for a local Internet Service Provider. I've worked my way up ever since, gaining knowledge at every level.
Education and Experience
I graduated from Western Governors University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology degree. I also have CompTIA i-Net+, CompTIA Security+, and Sun Certified Java Associate (SCJA) certifications. I am dedicated to continuing my education and learning new things.
I rediscovered my love for website development while working on my final project at WGU and founded Circa Consulting in April 2008. You can see my previous and current projects in my Portfolio.
Knowledge
I provide a wealth of knowledge relating to computers, networking, and the Internet. I have a unique skill set that is very diverse – from XHTML and CSS to security and hardware to system and network administration to new technologies such as IPv6. If you have a technology question, chances are good I have an answer for you. And if I don't, I'll find it.
Integrity
There are a lot of marketers that insist you need to present yourself as an expert in order to succeed. As a result, there are a ton of people insisting they are experts on a topic they knew nothing about six months ago. I believe in honesty and proving my experience. In my opinion, even most so-called experts aren't experts. That's why we have software bugs and lawyers. No one person can know everything. The true key is to know how to find the answer and that's one of my specialties.
